The scope of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification for CarePay’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) covers the information security controls for the provision of IT solutions to Healthcare Payers, Healthcare Providers and Healthcare Participants (beneficiaries). All services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Microsoft Azure issued to provide Active Directory integrated with Microsoft Office 365 for single sign-on. This system is in accordance with the Statement of Applicability version 2.0 dated 27 April 2023.
